My passion is storytelling, even if it was something I didn’t accept growing up. It took sixteen years to realize that no matter where I was, or what I was doing, storytelling would bring me back home. Since then I’ve strived to further a career in writing in every sense. I graduated from Chapman University in 2019 with a BA in Screenwriting, and a minor in Advertising. Through college, I interned at the Newport Beach Film Festival (NBFF), as well as Madison Wells Media. At NBFF I reviewed submissions, created graphics for digital marketing, and worked on site during festival events themselves. At Madison Wells Media I worked in the Universe Division, where I was tasked with covering a large variety of different media in order to assess their viability for creative franchise development. I’ve written coverage for film, television, video games, novels, graphic novels, pitch decks, and boardgames. After college, I spent the next year and a half working as a Creative Assistant to Diana Williams, the VP of content at Madison Wells Media. My tasks expanded from coverage, and provided me with opportunities to contribute creative ideas to many projects under the MWM Universe banner. I aided in the creation of the Chicago art installation known as Nevermore Park, which also lived under MWM Universe. While my passion has always been to write for the screen, my experiences have allowed me to pull from a variety of different backgrounds in order to be the most effective creator I can be.
